Setups Evolutions

Evolutions are a new feature that lets you keep track of all the changes you're making to your setups. We all love to experiment with different parts and optimize our setups, so this feature will let us document those changes, the reasons behind those changes, and the effects those changes had on the setup. It also lets maintain the overall cost of the setup and attach photos only to that evolution.

From now on when you make changes to your setups and you go to edit them, you're going to see a new section that lets you pick between publishing the change as an evolution of your setup, or fixing a mistake:

At the top you'll see all the changes that you've made so far - parts you've added; parts you've removed; and parts you've swapped. When you pick the "I changed my board" option you can enter the reason why you made that change in the first field "WHY DID YOU CHANGE IT?", optionally add the effect that change had on the setup (you can do this later as well), update the overall setup cost, and add photos of the changes. The "I'm fixing a mistake" option does not publish a new evolution, but changes the previous one (or the initial one).

When you save the changes, you'll be redirected to the setup page, and below the Rider Notes section you'll see an "Evolution" tab appear:

On this tab you'll see how each rider optimized and changed their setups over time and their reasoning behind those changes. We can learn a lot from each other, and this feature will help us with that.
