Rider notes

Got an Arbiter36KT complete for 40$ on marketplace, gave the trucks to a friend and the wheels to another friend and kept the deck to live out my 2014 dreams from when I initially wanted one. Got this as I was getting back into boarding after only skating twice a year for the last 6 years and only hucking pendys and fat heelside squats down a straight hill when I would get out. Threw a foot stop and torque block on it to see what the modern tech was all about, tried some pre-redrilled shorter WB options from one of the prvious owners, and just kept switching shit up to see what did and didn't work. Board as shown/described is it's current iteration.

Pros

I can keep changing things on it and not worry about it. I can curb it, I could chop it, I can drill extra holes in it. Good wheelbase options, wider deck compared to modern offerings so 160-180mm trucks work decent on it.

Cons

Older deck so risk of eventual delamination and/or waterlogging

Why it works

Freedom to experiment. Current config has me doing proper stand up slides pretty effortlessly and taking that knowledge and applying it to other boards.

What I would change

I change shit on it like I change my socks.
