Rider notes
This is a fun little board, nice and turny with TKPs and super carvy with RKPs.
Pros
Nice little board, versatile with the multiple wheelbase options. Works well with the Paris Streets and some Bear Gen 6 RKPs. Compact size makes it a great travel board.
Cons
It's a little short and my front foot creeps up over the edge of the nose at times.
What I would change
I drilled an extra set of holes closer to the nose to move the front truck further forward and stretch the wheelbase a bit more.

Beautiful! I love a Ballona when I see one! Do you prefer more RKPs or TKPs on a cruiser like this? I got a LY Ditch Life on TKPs and I feel like I want to carve more.
The RKPs gave a lot of turn, a really nice carve, even with the wheelbase stretched an additional half inch. I ended up going split angle for a little more stability in the rear during its RKP phase. My understanding is RKPs get twitchy with short wheelbases, but I didn't notice it appreciably with a 16-1/2 inch setup. LY's 50-30 setup might be the cats ass on the Ditch Life.
